Ingredients for Spicy Potato Fries
Potato – आलू – 4 (300 grams)
Salt नमक – 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- धनिया पाउडर – 1 tsp
Carom Seeds – अजवाइन – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Chilli Paste – अदरक मिर्च का पेस्ट – 1 tsp
Ararot or Corn flour – अरारोट या कॉर्न फ्लोर – 4 tbsp
and
oil for frying – तेल तलने के लिये

For Chutney
Coriander Leaves – हरा धनिया – 100 grams
Green Chilli -हरी मिर्च – 2
Ginger Baton – अदरक का टुकड़ा 1/2 inch
Salt -नमक – 1/4 tsp
Black Salt – काला नमक – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin – भुना जीरा – 1/2 tsp
Curd – दही – 1/4 cup
