How to make Aloo Palak Sabzi by Kunal Kapoor

Prep time – 15mins
Cooking time – 25mins
(Serves – 2)

Ingredients for Aloo Palak Sabzi:
Oil/Ghee – ¼ cup
Dry red chilli – 3-4nos
Heeng (asafoetida) – ½ tsp
Cumin – 2tsp
Garlic chopped – 1tbsp
Onion chopped – ¾ cup
Ginger chopped – 1tbsp
Green chillies chopped – 1no
Potato (peeled & diced) – 2cups
Turmeric – ¾ tsp
Chilli powder – 1½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1½ tbsp
Tomato chopped – 1cup
Salt – to taste
Kasoori methi – 2tsp
Spinach (keep whole) – 3 bunches
