Ingredients & Method
corn bhajiya
corn kernels 2 cups
chopped ginger 1 tbsp
chopped green chillies 1 tsp
chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
saunf ½ tbsp
Red chilly pwd 1 tsp
salt as required
kasoori methi 1 tbsp
hing a pinch
amchoor pwd 1 tsp
Suji 3-4 tbsp
besan 2 tbsp
water ⅓ cup

Heat water, add salt, corn kernels to it, boil and cook it. strain and keep it aside.
take a mixer jar, add boiled corn kernels and coarsely grind it on pulse mode.
transfer it to a bowl, add chopped ginger, chopped coriander and chopped green chillies.
Add crushed coriander and saunf to the corn mixture.
add red chilli pwd, hing, salt, kasoori methi, amchoor pwd and mix it.
then add suji, besan and water to the mixture.
make balls of it and deep fry.
serve hot with green chutney.

Moong dal pakode.

soaked green moong dal 2 cups
ginger ½ inch
garlic 4-5 cloves
green chillies 2 pcs
hing 1 tsp
amchoor pwd 1 tsp
salt as required
red chilli pwd ½ tbsp
jeera 1 tbsp
water as required
Suji 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds ½ tbsp
saunf 1 tsp
Radish juliennes for garnish
take a mixer jar, add soaked green moong dal, ginger, garlic, green chillies, hing, anchor pwd, salt, red chilli pwd, jeera, little water and grind it to a tight paste .
transfer it to a bowl, add suji, coarsely crushed coriander seeds & saunf, and mix it.
make round balls and deep fry them.
Garnish them with radish julienne, green chutney and coriander.

green chutney
coriander 50 gms
mint 20 gms
garlic 5-6 cloves
green chilly 4-5 pcs
ginger ½ inch
roasted jeera pwd 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Water as required
in a mixer jar, add coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, roasted jeera pwd, some water and grind it.
squeeze some lime and add salt.
green chutney is ready to serve.
