Masala Turai Ki Sabji Ajwain Paratha |आसान और मसालेदार तुरई की सब्ज़ी बनाने का तरीका|Chef Ajay Chopra

Turai ki sabzi with ajwain paratha

Turai 400 gms
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Green chillies 2 tbsp
Onion slice ½ cup
Red chilli pwd 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ajwain Roti dough 2 portions

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, sliced onion, chopped green chillies and cook till onion turns light brown.
Later add turai and saute it.
Add salt, red chilli pwd and cook it on a medium-low flame for about 15-20 mins.
On the other side, roll the dough in parathas and cook them on a pan as shown in the video.
Serve turai ki sabzi with parathas.
