Usually filled with potatoes, moong dal, yoghurt, spices, and chutneys. Topped with cilantro, sev, pomegranate this is the ultimate indulgence! There is no such hard and fast rule to what you can fill to enhance the taste of the chaat, it could be anything you may like.

Dal Moth
Chickpeas (Boiled)
Chaat masala
Green chilli chopped
Sev (thin)
Tamarind Chutney
Mint chutney
Ginger julienne
